Sidney Crosby, captain of the Pittsburgh Penguins, donated the car he won as the 2019 Honda All-Star MVP to Madeline Malizo. Malizo is a single mother and an army veteran of five years. Crosby had heard Malizo’s story of taking the bus to school, work, and her son’s daycare and decided to get involved. He surprised the hardworking Army veteran after a locker room tour with other veterans as part of Pittsburgh’s Veteran’s Day weekend celebrations.
